Then follow by the goals that you set must be very specific. Have you ever ask someone what they want in their lives? I can bet you will get the answers such as, 'i'm not sure', 'i want to have more money', 'i want to be more happy', 'i want a better job'. So you can see, all their goals are not specific enough, no wonder they can't create outstanding results! Only if you have a specific goal, then your mind can concentrate on your goal, only then you will target your energy and effort to where set.

Try and ask children or kids about what they want to be in the future, and you will get a set of totally different answers from adults. You will get answers like, 'i want to be a doctor', 'i want to be a hero and save the world', 'i want to be a policemen'. No matter what their answers are, they have a very clear and obvious goal. When growing up, we've been affected by all the negative effects that influent our lives, and therefore we start to be afraid to set specific goals.

Unless if you have a specific goal, you cannot create an effective strategy to get you there. You must know this, the strategy of maing $100,000 is totally different from the strategy of making $1,000,000. The moment you clarify your goal in your mind, you will start to have focus in your life. Like a magnifying glass put under the sun, the sunlight will focus to a point until all the energy has been gathered, it can burn a paper. The most successful people, show time and again that their outstanding results are rarely outcomes of chance. Success will not come by chance, if you don't have a plan in live, then you will fall into somebody else's plan.

STRATEGY
Again, the more specific your goals are, the easier you can generate your strategy toward your goals. You can have all the energy and drive, but without an appropriate strategy, you will waste all your energy and effort.

For example, imagine you open a vegetable stall that earn you $5,000 a month in profit, and you decide to set goal and strategy to increase the profit to $10,000, would this be possible? Maybe, you can increase your working hours, work harder, create loyalty program, raise prices. What if you want to make a profit of $500,000 from your vegetable business? Would it be possible now? Most people will think that it is impossible, but let me tell you this, you can make this happen! With a completely different strategies, you can do this. So, you can greatly expand your market, just like write a dynamic business plan, raise capital through investment, invest in R&D, create a superior brand of vegetable (such as certified organic vegetables), and widen your vegetable types, support reliable new suppliers, build franchise system and then license thousand of business owners to sell your vegetable. Would it now you can make $500,000 from your vegetable business a month? Of course you can. With flexibility in our strategy, we can achieve just about anything we want in our lives.

ACTION
The next step is taking consistent action from the strategy that we crafted. This will move us, from step by step, towards our goals. You can set specific goals, you may have great business idea, but if you fail to take consistent action, you will not get what you want. When he was ask how he invented it, he said that he first had to find 9,999 strategies of how to invent the fail light bulb. He then uses these failure as feedback to change his strategy and not to repeat what he was done, until he success to invent the light bulb.

I'll assume that you have a website, or maybe a blog, in order for you to make more money online. Here, did you know that why exactly you need a constantly updated site? If you want to answer this question, then you will have to ask yourself. Why are you surfing the net and what do you expected from a website?

Of course, most of us surf the net for the information that we wanted. And if we found out a great site that is full of content which we are looking for, chances are, we will come back for more. For example, if you are surfing for how to lose weight, and you've come across a great site which offer lots of information about losing weight. Most probably you will remember that site, and you will come back for more information next time. And then if the second time you went to the site, and you found that the site is not updated, all the information remains the same, you will leave.

But if you don't take the necessary action, you will not get to where you wanted the most. And if you think that a Millionaire is some one who is very rich, wealthy, spending all their money on luxury cars, big houses, then you are wrong. This is what is shown by the media. However, this is not true in our real life. Those who spend lavishly are those who I called fake rich, or fake Millionaire. But in their bank, they have nothing. This is the wrong image given by the media to almost everyone. Therefore, get to know this fact today, the real Millionaire live a very frugal life.

Those self-made Millionaires save more than what they earned. Most of them save at least 30% of their money, and invest them to get back even more money. They only spend on those things that are necessary. This doesn't mean that they are stingy, but they are just being frugal, because they know that luxury cars and big houses will not make them richer. This is the real lifestyle of a true Millionaire. Hi, all. Lately I've been busy with my studies, a lot of assignment and tests. Going to be crazy soon. However, I still manage to publish one post each day. So lets get into our topic today. How you can further increase your Adsense income?

Adsense income is one of the most desired income for almost all bloggers. And if you want to further increase your Adsense income, then you will need to understand how Google price all their ads bid. You know that you can place up to 3 ads per page in your blog. And it will be best to put all 3 ads in a page. However, sometimes reducing the numbers of ads will increase your Adsense income. Why is this so?

This is because not all 3 ads on your blog are in the same position. Some maybe on the top, and some may be on the bottom. Therefore, this will create the bid price gap. In other words, those ads appear on the top part of your blog will cost higher than those on the bottom. Therefore, if your visitors click on those Adsense ads that are located at the bottom of your blog, the money you make from these clicks will be much lesser.

Let me give you an example here. Lets say that those ads on top of your blog cost $3 per click, and those on the bottom only cost maybe few cents per click. And if your visitors click those ads on the bottom of your blog, you are only going to make a few cents. So now you see, the price gap between the top and bottom of your blog will also influence your Adsense income.

You Need A Domain Name!

Hi all, I've just bought a domain name and a hosting service. Great, you will see The Millionaire Secrets in a brand new home very soon. So what makes me so wanted to purchase my own domain name for this blog? This is because I've been blogging for almost 5 months now. However, I'm still not yet making any money out of my blog.

And I feel that it is the time for me to switch to my own domain name, no more dot blogspot. You know, actually I'm quite regret because I didn't purchase a domain name from the very beginning when I started this blog. Yea, although I can change it to my own domain now, but then all the links which link to here will be kinda waste. Because I will have to redirect them all to my new domain names. And I'm sure that my Technorati ranking will fall.

However, I've learn a lot these few months in blogging. The Millionaire Secrets even achieve the top #1 in Yahoo! search engine! And top 10 in Google! I've never thought of this before. I got it to the top of search engine for the keywords that I wanted. And the keyword is, 'millionaire secret', which has at least 8,000 searches each month.

Now I already know how I can make it to the top of search engine, and I believe that I too can make it once again with this new domain name for The Millionaire Secrets. And thanks for your support.

What did I learn from this incident is that, one, you must have your own domain name. If you are serious in blogging and you want to make more money with your blog, then you will need a domain name, your very own domain name. It is cheap to have one. Trust me, if you are serious in blogging, then the domain and hosting fee is nothing, you can earn back very soon.

Two, plan your blogging strategies carefully. It is because I never plan it carefully, I never know that I will becomes so passion in blogging, that is why I blog for almost 5 months, but still make nothing out from my blog. Therefore now you know, you must have a clear plan and goal to success in blogging.

Big Changes In This Month

Hi, this is me, Shawn. If you are reading this, thanks a lot for spending your precious time here. Actually there are a few things that I would like to announce for today. Lately I'm very busy with my project in my studies. Me and my group mates have been asked to design a computer lab, which involves a lot of calculation. And the submission date is this friday.

Another big change is that I'm going to switch to WordPress. WordPress has got much more plugins and I wanted to get more serious in my make more money project now. I want to fully optimized my blog. I never use WordPress before, thus it will be a challenging task for me to cope with.

I know that many of you already know about this key, you always heard that successful people saying that you must a goal, you must set your goal, etc. Yes, indeed, without a goal, you cannot achieve anything. Now, if you’re reading this article, means that you’ve the interest to success in your life. Even if you say that you want to buy a BMW, you must specific the model, the colour and other features. Only then it can be considered as a clear goal, and can be achievable.

Hence, you know the importance of having clear goals now. Keep this key in together with you. When you are down, frustrated, take out this key again, and remind yourself about your goal. It will give you a lot energy in pursuing your dreams.

Distributing your blogging tasks like posting, reply comments, editing your blog are very important, and you must know how to schedule your time properly. As we all know, posting is very important for a blog, therefore you should put more of your time on posting first, then only spend the rest of your time for other stuff. Of course, this is just an example, you should decide your blogging task priority yourself. If you optimize and schedule your time perfectly, your blog can develop in a shorter time and achieve much more while you’re doing less. This is also another common mistakes that often done by other bloggers. Even I myself often did this mistake. Schedule your time properly for important task, and you can achieve your goals faster.

I’ve seen many people are using their own names, or nickname as their blog’s domain name. Now it is not that this is wrong, but then if you want to have a higher page rank, then you should choose a domain name which has got relation with your blog’s topic. If your blog is about how to lose weight, and if your domain name is www.kelly123.com, then the first moment people look at your domain name, they don’t have any idea what your site is all about. The story will be different if your domain name is www.loseweight.com. Therefore, did you get what I mean now? By the way, having a related domain name also is part of on page optimization. Search engine will rank your site higher if your domain name has got relation with the keywords that people are looking for. And if you have your own domain, your Adsense earning will be much more. Just like what I did here, in The Millionaire Secrets. I create a button which leads to my Content Page. In this page (post), it contains all of the topics that I’ve written and link to them. Trust me, I’ve got a sudden increase in page views after implementing this Content Page button. Besides that, having this page will also make easy for search engine crawler to crawl through your blog.

29. Always Participate In Forum Discussion When Free
Ok, when you are free, you can always take part in forum discussions. The reason? Very simple, I bet you know this, to promote your blog. How? Write up some attractive words on your signature box, and be sure to put your url or anchor text so that people can visit your blog. Forums are very good free advertising tools. I believe that after you’ve read that post, you won’t underestimate the power of forums anymore. And of course, driving traffic from forum is not a fast work. You must have the confident to overcome every obstacles that you face in journey to success. Scientists claim that we human only uses approximately 10-15% of our brain in our life. And the rest, we never used it.

Albert Einstein, one of the most famous scientist of our time is so talented, that after he died, other scientist break up his head and check on his brain. And what do you think that they've found? They've found that his brain is bigger than normal people? No this is not true. His brain is exactly the same as yours and mine. So what makes him so clever and such a genius? Our talents, our skills all are determine by our brain, that will be how our neurons are connecting. Now, this will be the last 3 keys to success. So key #10 is you will have to pay for success. You will have to sacrifice if you want for success. So what is it that you are going to sacrifice for? Of course is your time and energy, sometimes even your money.

Like I always said, success never comes automatically. You will have do work hard, spend lots of time and effort on your plan, take massive actions. Then only you can achieve success. The question now is how much are you willing to pay for success? If you want to make more money online, are you willing to spend all your time doing research, building website and market your site? If you want to lose weight, how much time are you willing to spend to go for exercise, and can you stand for not taking sweet and high calorie food?

Allow me to tell you an example of what is it meant by sacrifice and paying for success here. There is a model, a very beautiful, slim and sexy model. One day she won for the model competition. And so, a reporter asks her “What is your most favorite food”. Then the model answer “oh, I like ice-cream very much”. Well, if you’re following me from the beginning till now, you’ve gone through all the 11 keys to success. This is the final key, Success Require No Secrets. If you’ve gone through all the 11 keys with me, you will know that you already have all the resources to success. To achieve success, it requires no secrets, but hard work and time.

To be successful, you’ve need to love what you do. If you want to make money from blogging, then you will have to love to blog. The power of love is much bigger than you can ever expect. Only when you love to do your work, you can do it better. If you hate to success, then do you think that you can success? That will be impossible. For example, when you love some one, you are willing to do whatever it takes to be together with him or her. This is the same in pursuing your goals to success.

After you’ve read all these keys to success, you have a choice to make decision. You can choose whether to work harder towards your goals, or you can choose to remain the same. The choice is in your hand. No matter what choices you made, you will still making a choice. What I mean here is even if you choose not to make any decision; you still making a choice aren’t you. Therefore, in our lives, we always have a choice. This is because we can control our thinking.

The significance about controlling our thinking is that we can make things changes. Mindset is the most valuable assets that everyone can have. What you can do is then you can take part in these discussion board. Many bloggers will do the same in here. Some of them offering to review your blogs, and some of them offer to visit and leave good comments on your blog. There are a lots. You can also find your solution about blogging problems in the discussion board. But the most interesting post you can find in a discussion board is the kind that exchanges 'favorite' in Technorati, or Stumble Upon, and Digg. This way, you can get more traffic. Just like Stumble Upon, you can join the discussion board that exchanges Stumble upon. What I mean here is that you will need to stumble other people's blogs and they will stumble yours. The same for Technorati, you exchange 'faves' with other bloggers. They 'fave' you and you 'fave' them back. You can check this out. Even I myself are joining these type of board discussion.

32. Why Do You Blog?
Yes, before you can blog, ask yourself this question, why do you blog? Why am I stressing this, because the reason for you to blog is a very important point if you want to be a successful blogger. Like most of my posts here, I will focus on the mindset before going into the technical part. So you will need to know the reason why you blog, then only you can concentrate on your blogging area. Some people blog for profit, they want to make more money with their blogs. Some people blog just to get well-known, they want people to know them, they want fame. Some people blog because of love, they blog for their lovers. And the worst, blog for nothing. Some people blog without having clear reason why they blog. And they will give up very quick once they get tired and got nothing to blog about. This mustn't happen to you. That is why you will need to know what is the reason for you to blog. When you know why, nothing can ever stops you. When there is a will, there is a way. So by now I hope that you know why you blog. If not, please, find your reason now!

If you don't have any comments, then leave some in people's blogs, they will reply you. The golden rule of life, "Do not do unto others what you don't want others to do unto you". So if you want comments, leave comments on others blog. And if you want to make more money, make other people rich, and money will flow to you. Very true. 35. Track Your Link And Reply
This is another good tips. What will you do when people link to you? Most of us only visit back their site, and leave a comment most probably. And for most people, they don't even know how to track their links. You can track your link easily using Technorati. The Technorati "authority" is the links that pointed to your blog from other sites. The more links you have, the better, your blog will get rank higher in search engine. So once you've got new links, what you can do is to email to the author of the site which link to you, and thank them personally. This is always much better than visiting their site and leave comments to them. Email works more personally, and hence you will have better appreciation from those who linked to you. So now you know how to treat your blog's reader and what you should do when people link to you. Actually, you can also link back to those sites which links to you as well. This will encourage reciprocal linking of your site.

There are a lot of people in this world, who are making few millions each month, and there are also people who are making only few hundreds each month. There are so many examples of those young people making few millions each year out there. Some people who have MBA degrees, graduated from Harvard, but their income is much more lower than some people. What makes them so different from others? What determines their income? The answer is obviously the value.

Why is value so much powerful and it determines some one's income? To be able to answer this, you will need to understand what is value and how you can increase your value so that you can increase your income. This is what I've learn from Adam Khoo. A person's income is determined by the amount of value he or she created multipled by the time he or she spends creating value multiplied by the scalability factor. To make it simple :

Income = Value x Time x Scalability

Therefore, if you want to increase your income, you will have to increase the amount of value you've put into work. So what is value? Let me tell you this metaphor that Adam always used to show people what exactly value is.

A Sony Ericsson 910i model that had a price tag of $1,400 and a Nokia 2600 with a price tag of $238. Now, why is one mobile phone priced seven times more than another? The answer is simple. It's because one phone has a lot more functions and can hence create a lot more value to the user. The Sony Ericsson 910i is able to make calls, send & receive SMS, send & receive MMS, record and edit videos, play & edit music, take high quality pictures, surf the internet, entertain with games, send and receive emails, has word processing and spreadsheet capabilities, has Bluetooth technology and has an in-built personal digital assistant.

In short, it is not just a phone, it is a mini computer! It does a lot more than expected. It creates a lot more value for the user by allowing him to achieve his goals more efficiently. How about the Nokia 2600? Well, it's just a standard mobile phone. It makes calls, sends and receives SMS, has entertainment games and a calendar. It creates a lot less value, and is hence priced lower. If the Nokia 2600 had a price tag of $1400, would you pay for it? Of course not. It's just not worth the price. But if you had the money and needed to surf the net, manage your time, check emails and record images on the go, would you pay $1400 for the Sony Ericsson? Of course you would!

So let me ask you a question. Which mobile phone do you represent? What is the price tag that you carry? If you want to have a higher price tag and have people pay for you, then you must create the necessary value! What allows the Sony Ericsson 910i to create so much more value? The answer is that it has a lot more software installed. How does this translate to you? Well, in order for you to create a lot more value to your company and your clients, you must keep upgrading your knowledge and skills, your intellectual capital!

The very same principle applies in your life of pursuing success and wealth. So in order for you to increase your income, no matter in business or jobs, you will need to have to increase the amount of value you should put in. The more value you create, the more income will increase. Hence, create more value! To Your Success.
